Mobilising Days

We’re mobilising all over the country to build a mass turnout for our national demonstration in Central London on Saturday, 28 March.
Together, we can inspire people to commit to attending the march and strengthen networks in our workplaces, town/city centres and campuses.

Join our national days of mobilisation:

Workplaces / Campuses • Thursday, 5 February • Thursday, 5 March Town / City Centres • Saturday, 14 February • Saturday, 14 March

📸 Pro Tip (for all actions) Take photos and videos of your mobilisation activities and send them to . Sharing what you do inspires other workplaces, communities, and campuses to take action too.

📂 Mobilise your workplace

Workplaces are powerful spaces for mobilisation. Colleagues already gather together daily, making it easy to share information, collect commitments, and encourage each other to attend the march.

Ideas for getting commitments

Hold a workplace meeting about Together Alliance and the march, and ask colleagues to sign up to commit.
Take a staff photo holding posters or banners to inspire participation.
Distribute leaflets and stickers in communal areas, clearly showing how to commit and join transport.
Invite colleagues to attend together and coordinate shared transport.

🌇 Mobilise your town/city centre

Town and city centres are public, high-traffic spaces where you can reach large numbers of people, raise visibility, and encourage local residents to commit to attending the march.

Ideas for getting commitments

Organise a ‘speak-out’ in the city centre to tell people about the upcoming march. Use music, chants, or street performances to attract attention. Make placards and banners to take with you to the march. Host a stall with Together Alliance materials to engage passersby and collect commitments. Order leaflets and build a team to distribute them locally. Approach supporting organisations to encourage their members to attend.

🎓 Mobilise your university campus

Campuses are densely networked communities where students and staff share spaces and social connections, making it easy to spread the message and secure commitments to attend.

Ideas for getting commitments

Leaflet outside lectures and in communal spaces with sign-up sheets to commit to the march. Organise a meeting or stall with student groups and societies. Share posts about the march with relevant student groups and societies. Bring students and staff together to plan collective actions and commit to attending. Organise a banner-making session ahead of the march. Encourage students to invite classmates and staff, and coordinate shared transport.
